September Home Sales in Nashville Increase

According to an October 9, 2012 release by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, 2,266 houses in Nashville and the Middle Tennessee area closed in September. That's a 23.7 percent rise over the 1,832 sales reported for the same period in 2011.
